  • The journey to finding a sense of safety, connection and ease in our body is a tender area for many women. This introductory Body Belonging 30 min appointment is a confidential and private opportunity to allow me to listen to where you are, and be a compassionate ear for you. I can answer your questions and guide you through an outline of how it could look if you'd like to consider 1:1 mentoring with me.

  • No preparation is needed. You can show up as you, and share any intentions you have for our time together.

    If it feels like a good fit for us, we can discuss the different options of support for you to discern what opportunity feels most suited to your situation.

1:1 Mentoring

My 1:1 ‘Body Belonging’ mentoring sessions are designed to walk side by side with those who are seeking a way out of overwhelm, confusion and endless internal battles with themselves, their food and body. Having someone who has been on the journey, I won't presume to offer solutions that are a 'one-size-fits-all' - but rather provide a gentle compassionate space for you to cultivate the skills that can move you closer to your own Body Belonging intentions at your own pace.

  • My mentoring style is person centred, grounded in presence and compassion, bringing forth coaching tools and powerful questions to guide you back to your own internal wisdom. I hold the belief that each client is their own best expert, and cultivating self trust with yourself and body is of highest importance to me.

    Compassionate listening allows me to hear where you are, what you are struggling with and offer a holistic approach to food and lifestyle possibilities unique to your situation and personal intentions. Where welcomed, I share personal lived experiences and insights.

    I am not a nutritionist, and don’t give out meal plans. My approach leads you into deeper self trust & loyalty, so you can discern what foods are right for you. I can provide recipe inspiration and meal suggestions that are aligned to your needs and desires to ensure you find a joyful and delicious path forward that nourishes who you are.

  • When you book your first session online, you will be sent a zoom link, invoice and a client Intake form. Please can you fill in the intake form before our first session and send it back to me within 24-48 hours before our time together.

Body Belonging 1:1 Mentoring

For those who are ready for the journey to Body Belonging, I offer a 3 month personalized 1:1 Mentoring Series. I have found in my own journey that regular commitments to myself were the most powerful.

During these 3 months we will focus on the 10 guiding principles that are needing the most love and attention for your particular situation. This Body Belonging 3 month series is designed to guide women back to feeling at home in their bodies, discovering new layers of their truth, and step fully into a more authentic relationship with their food, body and lives.


My own journey to Body Belonging became a 20 year journey where I discovered exactly what it meant to nourish myself and feel at home in my body.

    As we see more clearly, we can begin to lift the food and body fixations, come back to listening to our body and discern what’s true for us.

Mentoring Preparations 

I’ll provide a reflective resource for you to contemplate your current and desirable relationship with your food, body and health. This questionnaire helps you explore your vision and intention around how you ‘want to feel’ and what you'd love to achieve through our mentoring journey together.

6 x 1 hour coaching calls

Your choice of weekly or fortnightly calls based on your situational needs and intentions. Held on zoom over a 3 month period. The intention of these sessions are for them to be nourishing, clarifying and inspiring, guiding you forward with more ease and alignment in your life.

Messaging Voxer support

Includes audio and voxer messaging support which will be available between Tuesdays - Thursdays (3 days) for the entirety of our coaching journey together. In between our zoom calls I’ll be here to provide you with a safe space to feel heard, supported and encouraged.
