I’m Clara Belle and a lover of all things nourishing and easeful. 

Overcoming my 20 year journey with an eating disorder, became a calling to understand what it truely meant to nourish myself and find belonging in my body.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and ‘Being Way’ Life Coach with a BA in Food Science, I stand as an advocate for holistic nourishment, ease, slower living and body belonging. I’ve found a path that I call ’Nourishing Truth’, It reveals a way to nurture ourselves from within.

The supper club is designed to bring the power of community, nourishing food, and holistic wisdom together in unison, so we can learn new ways of relating to food and body.

Because we've felt so pressured to look a certain way; the weight of expectations can impose rules and structure around our eating and movement that keeps us fighting against our body. I'm here to invite you to slow down and come back to listening to your body so that you can discern what's right for you. 

 Belong in your own life & body 

Learn new ways of being and uncover new layers of your truth to allow yourself to be in an authentic relationship with your food, body and life. These are all aspects of us that are directly woven together. We can all choose and discern how to nourish ourselves instead of following anything prescribed.

Are you feeling under pressure to perform in a variety of areas in your life, only to feel you don't meet the mark and let yourself or others down?

  • To recognize and witness the beliefs and stories that cause us pain, so we can begin to see more clearly and return to nourishing ourselves.

  • Is about nourishing our bodies needs V’s nourishing for aesthetic reasons. We are learning to eat from our bodies & not from our heads.

  • Is to care for ourselves beyond the food on our plate. Learning a holistic approach to care for our minds, our bodies and our truth.

  • Letting go of control creates space for a new relationship based on trust & ease.

  • Building a compassionate way of relating to ourselves and our bodies.

  • Is about prioritising our needs and giving our body a voice.

  • With knowledge & insight, we can understand, allow and celebrate the natural changing seasons of our body.

  • To discover a gentle approach in considering new food & exercise regimes to nourish with ease. While honouring our individual needs and pace throughout the process.

  • Holding space for our dreams and desires, and cultivating the inner strength to walk towards them.

  • Is the journey of learning to accept and feel at home in our bodies. Belonging is a vital part of individuation and self actualisation.
